Sébastien Favre

Partner
After 10 years of rich and varied experience in consulting at Ernst & Young and within the financial management of Novartis, Sébastien founded Financepeers in 2016, then MyCFO in 2021. Entrepreneur and chartered accountant, Sébastien and his team assist start-ups and SMEs in structuring their finance function, as well as large companies in the context of complex accounting projects or changes in organization and tools. His strength lies in his ability to take action and quickly stabilize an accounting and financial organization.

Julien Mênard

Director
Julien holds a Master’s degree in Finance and began his career at Mazars before joining MyCFO at its inception in 2017. He now leads the Geneva office, where he supports international companies in structuring their finance departments, as well as mid-sized businesses, either as a part-time CFO or on an ad-hoc basis depending on client needs.

Sébastien's team is made up of consultants with a solid background in French GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, FP&A and are experienced in large corporate environment organized by process and service centers. They strengthen your Finance teams on an ad hoc basis, in the context of a peak of activity, of restructuring or tools implementation projects, particularly SAP.
